1. Register below as an artist and upload a portrait image of yourself.
2. Once registered you'll be sent an email confirmation and log in details.
3. Log in via NOISE ARTISTS (under world map).
4. A SUBMIT/EDIT button will appear on the top left navigation. Click SUBMIT/EDIT, then click SUBMIT WORK.
5. Upload examples of your art in the requested format. (NB - Any Australian artist (25 and under) submitting to NOISE will also be automatically entered into SOYA)

I grant NOISE a non-exclusive licence in perpetuity to utilise my attached submission in whole or in part for NOISE and any promotional/archival purposes.  I understand that copyright in the submission remains my property.  My use of the NOISE website is my agreement to these Terms.

NOISE is run by Reamont Pty Ltd (ABN 37 072 697 075) of Suite 512, Level 5 19a Boundary St, Darlinghurst NSW 2010 acting on behalf of The Australia Council and The Australian Federal Government.

I understand that NOISE is an international media arts initiative happening across the media and that NOISE will work in partnership with sponsors, media, production and arts organisations to profile young artists and exhibit their works on radio and television, in print, online and on mobile platforms during this period and thereafter.

I warrant that the submission is my own original work and that the details I have provided in this submission form are correct.  I also acknowledge that NOISE is in no way responsible for the production of my submission.

Entry to NOISE is open to any person. NOISE accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.  Entry details remain the property of NOISE. 

NOISE reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.  These Terms should also be read in conjunction with any other Terms displayed on the NOISE website and on the SOYA website (www.soya.com.au).
