Big Issue is an independent current affairs magazine with a sense of humour, sold by the homeless and longterm unemployed on the streets of Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
Its two issues available during October will feature tonnes of noise art - from street-wise photography to graphics with a social conscience.
