hey what if my GRAPHIC uses images of e.g. Bjork, but the creation is my own...whats the go with copyright etc..?

OK..what was the image's source?
I'm kinda worried about copyright too, so if you are like me and concerned about copyright, I suggest you go around stock photography sites and bookmarks those that allow the use of their iamges in this purpose.
