When you submit a static design as a gif or jpeg, what are the size limitations?

two versions of each pic need to be submitted on-line. a preview image of 200 x 130 pixels and the actual image at 390 x 250. ALSO, pls ensure pics ar no larger than 200 - 300K. thanks!!

Is there any way I can resubmit my image as 390*250, once it has already become 'live'?

hey Kolber, once its live you cant edit it so you'll need to submit it as a new work and we'll replace the old one!
