noise is searching for moving pictures that have been made especially for small screen enjoyment.

A selection of the works submitted will be screened on national television and broadband and the filmmakers will be profiled across the media.

Were after anything from short films, documentaries and animations, to audio-visual creations and curious experimental works.

Or you can custom-make a noise bit a short sting or ident (5-30 secs long) that uses or abuses the word noise in a creative way.

What: noise is interested in any short film or video of up to 15 minutes in length. For this project, the director of the film/video must be 25 or under. Make sure that you have permission to use all of the music or visuals featured in your production.

NB:  Requirements for TV broadcast of FLASH WORKS

1.      FLASH FILES NEED TO BE SIZED 1024X576 (16:9) BUT PROTECTED FOR 4:3 (WHICH BASICALLY MEANS THAT YOU WILL PROBABLY LOOSE SOME OF THE VISION ON THE LEFT AND RIGHT OF FRAME DURING A 4:3 BROADCAST.

2.      ANY AUDIO SHOULD BE SUPPLIED IN A SEPARATE WAV FILE (48KHZ IF FOR DIGI-BETA)

3.      PLEASE SUPPLY THE FILE BOTH AS A SWF AND AS A FLA FILE (INCASE FINE LINES BEND IN THE TRANSFR, THIS CAN BE FIXED.
